Customized charcoal portrait sketches created based on client order

All artworks sold on this website are 100% original, hand-created pieces.

2. Originality & Uniqueness

Every charcoal artwork are original artwork.

3. Customized Charcoal Sketch Orders

Customized charcoal sketches are created based on client-provided references.
Order confirmation requires 50% advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before or cash on delivery or as instructed during checkout.
Delivery timeline: Customized orders are completed and delivered within 15 days from order confirmation, subject to schedule availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bangladesh Delivery

Standard delivery charge: BDT 200 (anywhere in Bangladesh)
Complimentary delivery on purchases of BDT 10,000 or above

International (Worldwide) Delivery

Standard delivery charge: BDT 6000
Complimentary international delivery on purchases of BDT 100,000 or above
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and customs clearance (for international orders).

6. Artwork Usage & Copyright Policy

All artworks displayed and sold on this website are protected under copyright law.
Copyright ownership remains solely with the artist, Jony Roy.

Allowed Use

If you upload or share any artwork on social media, you must credit the artist by mentioning Jony Roy or Jony Roy Art.

Strictly Prohibited

Downloading, copying, reproducing, or scanning artworks for printing or commercial use
Creating prints, posters, merchandise, NFTs, or digital reproductions
Editing or manipulating artworks for misleading or harmful purposes
Any use with bad intention, misuse, or illegal activity

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original and customized artworks, returns or refunds are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
Customized artworks are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If an artwork is damaged during delivery, clients must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with strong evidence (we encourage our clients to record a video during unpack the package of product asap the product is received).

8. Color & Display Disclaimer

Actual artwork colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.
Charcoal Artwork are fully black and white in color scale.
Such variations are normal and not grounds for return or refund.

9. Customized Order Cancellation

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once artwork creation has started.
Advance payments for customized orders are non-refundable.

10. Artist’s Rights

Jony Roy reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline any order
- Use images of completed artworks for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Jony Roy Art reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
